RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Buy with confidence! If you have any questions about size or fit prior to placing your order, don’t hesitate to email us at support@hanskie.com.

If for any reason you are not pleased with your purchase, we’ll happily accept your order back for return or exchange, within 30 days of receiving your purchase!

RETURN POLICY:

  • Please e-mail us at support@hanskie.com to initiate your return
  • Provide your order or reference number and the items you would like to return/exchange
  • We are happy to accept returns within 30 days of you receiving your order
  • Please note that we are not able to accept any item that has been washed or worn
  • Additionally, you are accountable for any return shipping (we recommend signing up for some kind of delivery receipt to ensure it gets here unharmed)
  • As soon as we receive and process your items through our warehouse, we'll alert you and refund your card
  • Please note, we cannot refund shipping costs or other import fees that may have been required in the acceptance of the order to your local country

REFUNDS:

  • All refunds are issued back to the card that was originally used to make the purchase
  • After the refund has been issued, it can take 3-7 business days to post to your account, depending on your banking institution
  • You will receive a refund confirmation e-mail once it’s been issued
  • If you paid with both store credit and a credit card, your store credit will first be refunded to your account, and the remaining refund will be applied to the card that you used to make the purchase

EXCHANGES:

  • Exchange requests can be made for an item with the same or lesser value; if you would like to make an exchange for something of a greater value, we will issue you a store credit in the amount of the item you originally purchased
  • Your exchange order will be placed at the time of your request, and will ship once we have received your return. If we do not receive your return within 15 days of your request, the exchange order will be cancelled, and become invalid
  • Once your exchange has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number for your records
  • All exchange order will be shipped via USPS Ground
  • We do not accept international exchanges

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS:

  • Please e-mail us at support@hanskie.com to initiate the return.
  • We accept international returns of all unworn, and unwashed merchandise for return within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Please note that we do not cover the return shipping costs for international returns. Upon receiving and processing your return, we will issue you either a refund or a store credit in the amount of the item(s)’ original purchase price.
  • We do not offer international exchanges. 

DEFECTIVE ITEMS:

  • If you believe an item that you received arrived defective or damaged, please e-mail us at support@hanskie.com with a photo of the defect/damage, and we’ll make it right!
