International Customers, welcome to Hanskie and thanks for shopping with us. Sending things to other countries brings with it certain challenges. A few important notes to be aware prior to placing your international Hanskie order:
Unless otherwise noted, everything ordered from the Hanskie website ships within 1 business day. Please keep in mind, that's just the time it takes us to pack it up and rush it out the door. The amount of time it takes from that point until it reaches your hands can vary based on where you are located, and/or which shipping methods were selected.

From there, the amount of time it takes to reach you can vary based on the service level you select upon checkout. Don't worry, we'll remind you of all of this when you get to that stage. In the meantime though, the tables below should give you a pretty good idea of when to expect your stuff.
USPS First Class International - (Available on orders of up to 4LBS only) Timing varies depending on destination country and customs clearing process, but most orders will arrive at their final destination within 7 to 21 business days.
USPS Priority International - Again, timing varies depending on destination country and customs clearing process, but most orders will arrive at their final destination within 6 to 10 business days.
You can (as long as your order is still within the United States). Once your order has left the US, we neither have the ability to track it, nor the ability to change the address. If you need to make a change to an address, your best bet is to contact customer service immediately. You can reach out via email at email@example.com
Yup! When your order ships out you'll get an automatic e-mail with a tracking number. Please note however that USPS isn't always the best at keeping tracking entries up-to-date. You'll likely see the day your order was handed off to them, as well as the date it left the country. From that point onwards, tracking isn't available once the order leaves US borders. At that time, if you have additional questions regarding your order, please contact your local post office, as they will have the most up-to-date information regarding the location of your order. We are happy to accept returns within 30 days of you receiving your order. Please note that we are not able to accept any item that has been washed or worn. Additionally, you are accountable for any return shipping (we recommend signing up for some kind of delivery receipt to ensure it gets here unharmed). As soon as we receive and process your items through our warehouse, we'll alert you and refund your card. Please note, we cannot refund shipping costs or other import fees that may have been required in the acceptance of the order to your local country. On international orders the process is easy; just pack it up and mail it back to us. We do ask that you contact customer service first though at email@example.com to let them know it's coming and to confirm the best return shipping address.
