WHERE DOES THE NAME COME FROM?

Hanskie comes from the Icelandic word, "Hanski" meaning "glove".

WHAT SIZE DOES THE HANSKIE COME IN?

The Hanskie comes in one size which fits most adults.

 

CAN THE HANSKIE BE USED ON EITHER HAND? 

Yes, it is designed for either left or right hand use.

 

WHAT IS THE HANSKIE MADE OF?

The Hanskie is hand made from a soft wool blend providing maximum comfort, insulation, warmth and washability.

 

HOW DO I WASH MY HANSKIE? 

We recommend you wash your Hanskie either by hand or machine wash on wool setting. 

 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Unless otherwise noted, everything ordered from the Hanskie website ships within 1 business day. Please keep in mind, that's just the time it takes us to pack it up and rush it out the door. The amount of time it takes from that point until it reaches your hands can vary based on where you are located.

 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER GET TO ME (how long does shipping take)?

Unless otherwise noted, everything ordered from the Hanskie website ships within 1 business day. From there USPS Ground takes 1-5 Business Days to anywhere within the Continental US.

 

International Orders can vary from 6 - 21 Business Days depending on location and service level - Beyond shipping times, there are a number of things you're going to want to be aware of; Please take a minute to read our International Ordering page prior to order.

 

Please note that we do not ship to PO Box addresses.

 

CAN I CHANGE THE ADDRESS ON SOMETHING I ORDERED?

You can, but knowing how quickly we ship things out, time is of the essence. Your best bet is to contact customer service immediately. That said, if you have selected our domestic shipping option, we will be unable to accommodate address changes once the order has been placed. WHEN DO I GET CHARGED FOR MY PURCHASE?

Your credit card is charged as soon as you click "Complete Purchase" and finish the checkout process. We'll also send an automatic email to confirm that your order was placed successfully.

 

WILL YOU GIVE ME A TRACKING NUMBER?

Yup! When your order ships out you'll get an automatic e-mail with a tracking number.  Input your tracking number here to check on the delivery status.

 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We are happy to accept returns within 30 days of you receiving your order. Please note that we are not able to accept any item that has been washed or worn.  For further details, please read our Returns & Exchange Policy.

HOW IS TAX CALCULATED?

Because we are located in New York State, taxes are only added to orders for delivery in this same state.

Our orders are shipped within the Continental US via USPS, and shipping price is $2.99
